"One name. Maria! The Manager. Outstanding service from the moment I walked into the store, her people were attentive to my business; which was not an easy task. I needed ball caps for an event, complete with company logos, names, and other art embroidered on the hats in 2 days. Her crew got me rolling. I emailed her, she contacted me within a few hours and never said no to me. I met her face to face the next day. A warm and genuine person that loves her job and her people. She pushed through the artwork to be digitized in a timely fashion because, of course, she is well networked. I needed the hats Saturday. She stayed till :pm to get them done Friday night! I will be back. This woman needs a raise!! Truly an asset to Lids."

"Awesome staff they always greet me when I walk in with my family. The employees seems to have great knowledge of their products and embroidery we came in to buy hats for our kids and the young teenager help each of my kids pick a hat and have their names embroidered on them. We have been shopping here for several years and have always had great experiences and awesome customer service not sure why some of these guys are having bad things to say about this store. The store manager had truly turn this store around and cleaned up the employees that were not doing their job. Thank you for giving great customer service to my family"

"Horrible customer service… none of the employees even acknowledged customers there… the hats I bought had a $. tag. I went to pay and they scanned at $.. I tried to let the cashier know and he was more concerned about his cell phone ringing than anything else… when he decided to listen I let him know about the price on the tag, his answer was “that’s the old price”. What is that supposed to mean?? If they want to make more money during the holidays they should at least spend the time to remove the old tags…"
