"I have been purchasing my chemicals from Leslie's for years. Last year, even though they assured me they were not affected by the chlorine shortage, they were unable to deliver chemicals when needed. As a result, this year, I purchased online from them instead of the local store and did it in early May. Chlorine is now on sale and even though I was told if I purchased in the store within days, they would give me a price adjustment, since I purchased online, they are unable to do so. This is not the first time I have been given inconsistent information from Leslie's. Unfortunately, after speaking with customer service and a supervisor (Joe Fernandez), I have learned that rather than give a long time customer a $ price adjustment on something that was just purchased a couple weeks ago, they would rather lose the customer. I now need a new pump motor but instead of using Leslie's, I will go to another vendor for the pump as well as all future pool supplies. From my view, not a good business decision but I guess customer satisfaction is not what they strive for."
"Laughed when we asked to purchase DE for the pool, man working today (Memorial Day) responded, “no one uses DE anymore.” Went to a store in Eagleville, they had plenty of DE. Leslie’s just wants people to turn there pool to Salt Water so they can collect $ in maintenance chemical a season vs $ DE for Chlorinated pools."

"We recently purchased an above ground pool and Matt couldn’t have been more helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of pools and made suggestions based on our needs. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. He even called the next day to thank us for our business and followed up to make sure the pool was delivered when it was supposed to be. We will definitely be returning for all our pool needs and are looking forward to working with Matt again."
