"My kids have blossomed here at this school. The building is beautiful, clean, and safe. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the administration are knowledgeable and understanding. My kids absolutely love the fresh salad bar provided for the lunch option. There are several opportunities for students to shine! My daughter was in the Cinderella play this year and my son played soccer. As a parent I have peace of mind that my kids are receiving a traditional education that inspires my kids to critically think, problem solve, and work on short and long term projects. I highly recommend this school!"

"This school has an organization and bullying problem. My son LOVED this school and his class. That shortly ended when he came home to tell me people we picking on him, and every time he asked for help, he was ignored. After almost half a school year of dealing with the bullying, my son began to act out. After multiple times of reaching out, we were passed from one staff member to the next. Always dealing with someone new. Always hearing new promises that someone would help my son, but it never actually happened. There aren't any counselors staffed, and the teachers are loaded with + children each. Each "principal" we spoke with promised to help, and instead passed us to the next person. By the end of the whole ordeal, our last option was to withdraw him, or he would be expelled. Legacy traditional school has failed my child, and has taken on a bigger load than I think they can handle."

"I currently have two children attending legacy and they have had a great experience. Since this is the first year this school is in operation there are a lot of adjustments to be made. We love the accelerated curriculum and the music program. This school has a lot of potential and we're looking forward to another great year."

"I was previous student at this school and their was an incident with my teacher where she told administration a whole bunch of untruthful stories about me and they didn't follow up with my parents about the issue and the new principal failed at her job and has now messed up my record with unseasoned suspension and if they were to look at previous records at my old school they would have seen that i am an A B student that has never been a trouble maker so yes they have failed me and my fellow peers with their life choices and I have had the worst experience at Legacy Traditional School on Valley. I hope future parents and students luck with the very untrained teachers that hold grudges against students that which then get mad and take it out on their grades. "Legacy Traditional School is like another CCSD school or becoming one. The students are fighting in the school already. Students are having sex in the bathroom, bring marijuana to school and a lot of behavior issues with kids. The Principal "Tom Ellis" is weak, he have been harassed by parent for let kids fight after kid report to someone that a kid was going to try to fight him. Basically the new school is out control with no consequence for the students and their parents, it should be a privilege for parents kids to go charter school....Let get these kids under control now."
