"Came in about 4: on a Saturday. Got seated relatively quick and our experience when south from there. Our waitress was short with us ordering our food (decided to try the KBBQ), and left before we could place our drink order. Received our sides quickly, and that was the only quick thing of the evening. From there it took about minutes to get our first set of meats (can only get three at a time), and enjoyed all of the food we received. From there our waitress disappeared completely and we were taken care of by a different waitress, who was kind and personable — unlike the other. We received our second set of meats very quickly and then did not see anyone come to our table for about minutes. We would have ordered more food, but due to the amount of time it was taking, it was unforeseeable how long ordering anything else would take. At about the hour mark, our original waitress finally came back and I had a chance to ask whether we pay at the front or if we would ever receive a check, “Already done?” She asks. Well yes. We honestly had been done minutes ago but no one bothered to check in with us. The cherry on top of our whole experience was getting our check back only without the card that we paid with. It was still in the card reader. Unable to flag anyone down to get it, I retrieved it myself. If the service had been as good as the food, I think I would enjoy coming back. But for $, I don’t plan on seeing Lee DaeGam KBBQ & Shabu anywhere near my future."

"Hot pot bases are very bland and super oily. Selection is ok for hot pot but the meat quality is not good. The KBBQ meat was much better quality and yummy. Our server left half way through without telling us and no one took over until we said something. So about mins with no service. Service otherwise was good. Cheese corn tasted old, like the cheese had been sitting there for awhile."

"Wanna Shout out to Nina, What an amazing service I got. It's our first time there and she did an amazing job getting us all the orders so quickly and taking care of the table so well. The foods here are amazing!!! We went to a party of 5 and we got the Shubu and BBQ."

"This place was a 4/ at best. There was plenty of seafood variety one of which tasted expired, including the crab. Staff failed to mention how to adjust the temperature settings which resulted in boiling broth that scolded our mouths. The spicy broth was % chili oil and % beef broth. Wouldn’t come back after a meal like this and definitely not worth paying $ for lunch of 2 people."
