"Horrible customer service. As a Commercial Equipment Dealer I call in and ask for pricing. The guy on the fone (Ray) doesn't like people calling in and asking questions apparently. Not only do they not bother setting me up correctly with the proper price list that I need but then go ahead and make you feel like you aren't worthy of them speaking to you. Leader refrigeration was never quality merchandise but at least you had customer service reps who communicated with you. Now the service is trash just like the units they sell. They have lost a customer that has been dealing with them for over years. I will never be coming back to them."

"Will never buy from this company! Ordered Wednesday Feb , needed condenser unit for installation Friday, been sitting at ups waiting for the package. No reply to emails or calls. Realized they are closed on Friday just now. They promised emailing the tracking number. What kinda refrigeration company closes on Friday? Now I failed my customer because they didn’t provide a tracking number!"

"Our company called your company today to try and assist an end user with a warranty support claim on a product that is yours. We currently purchase your products through the distribution channel in which you mentioned there was nothing you can do to assist us because the length of time the unit sat at YOUR distributor's warehouse. We do not get records for when YOU deliver to your distributors. Due to your business practices our client lost out on 6 months of additional warranty in which they should be entitled to. All reputable refrigeration manufacturers honor the warranty based on the date sold to the END USER not the date in which it was sold to the distribution channel. Also, it was not like the unit was stagnant for 4 or 5 years. We had a discrepancy against your policy of a few months. Clearly your product lacks quality hence why your company does not honor a legitimate warranty. As I stated on the review to Leader Refrigeration USA, STAY AWAY. Also, at no point in time did I raise my voice or act rude on the call with you. We are simply leaving a negative review acting a a summation of your business practices. Sorry that you feel that we are unreasonable because WE SUPPORT our clients unlike Leader Refrigeration USA."

"Been ordering equipments from them for such a long time. Their products are really great. From sandwich prep table to pizza prep table, upright coolers and freezer. Swing and self-closing soda boxes to deli cases. All their products are awesome! Besides, I see their product in a lot of stores and restaurants. Big ups Leader!!"
