"LOVE LOVE LOVE my new turfed backyard. We have a yard with a lot of trees and had tried sod unsuccessfully then were living with a dirt pit essentially. The turf looks amazing. The putting green is lots of fun. It was really game changing for our backyard. The details... Turf options & pricing - I got three quotes so got three sets of samples. Honestly all of the companies were within a couple hundred dollars and had similar turf options... with the exception of Lawn Pop. They have a turf option with a green backing that was clearly superior to all the other turf options. It does cost more, but it was the best of all the samples as determined by multiple people. Pricing - I noted already that per three quotes the pricing is pretty standard and they are competitive. Executing/Service - The crew was really efficient and careful in our yard. They respected existing landscaping, sprinkler lines, etc. They were thorough in ensuring that the putting holes were where we wanted, they cut meticulously around trees and stones. They responded to feedback and communicated during the job. Planning/Coordinating - We def went through some cycles connecting on the job, getting quotes, and such. I did not find email, text, or call more effective but it was acceptable."
