"Not trustworthy! Only took power washer to them because of warranty. They told us all these parts were broken and expected us to just tell them to keep it, because it was almost what a new one cost. We picked the sprayer up and found some things were fine and we could fix it ourselves for $ bucks instead of the $ they quoted. Also we had to leave the equipment outside to get the cigarettes smell washed off."

"Took my power washer in for warranty work - hasn’t been used much. was told it was a carb clean that was needed and to come the following afternoon to pick it up. so I drove from Nee Albany to Hilliard 2 days later and they now say it’s the pump - which I told them from the get go. They charged me to clean a carb that didn’t need cleaned. When I confronted them - the girl working there raises her voice and visibly is irritated. The man working w her, I presume it was actually her father starts in and arguing. her story changed and continued to be argumentative. I said i’d pay it but was % displeased w how it was handled and they worked a warranty job into $ power grab. I u sweat and warranty work probably doesn’t pay well - but this situation smelled bad half way into the experience. The entry/showroom/service desk area smelled horrible of cigarettes - as they obviously smoke in the place of business. The m girl working there looks strung out on drugs and was entirely unprofessional. Use them at your own risk."
