"Jessica hoff will accept your money, and then disappear. She’s robbed us and several others. The federal judge caught on to what she was doing and issues a criminal warrant against her and then she fleed to Colorado after. We hired Jessica hoff and paid her $k, she took our money filed a petition that was incorrect and then disappeared. Forced us to hire another attorney to fix her screw ups, after the U.S. trustee got involved and investigated we come to find out she robbed several others and scammed them as well. Judge ordered Jessica hoff to return the money and she still wouldn’t reply. After the judge referred it to the Chief Justice they issued a criminal warrant against Ms, hoff. Don’t hire unless you want to be robbed."

"Absolutely horrible experience. Used the last bit of what I had to file a BK 7 with these people. Delayed or no response to emails and received a notice after 4 horrible months that my case was close without discharge even though I provided all documentation and repeatedly sent emails asking if anything else was needed with no response back. Now it looks like I'm on my own. PLEASE save yourself the stress and find another firm."

"She is terribly unresponsive once she gets her money. She gives misleading information. Losing your business is bad enough thru covid but then to trust someone to do a job and it turns into a nightmare as well. We didn’t even end up filing because her advice was wrong. Now she won’t even allow us any of the retainer fees back. She never did anything for our case in the first place. Don’t use her at all!"

"- Doesn’t return calls, texts, emails - Says she didn’t receive emails - Misses appointments - Doesn’t give you all the information needed - Very last minute in deadlines I’m still trying to finalize my case and get it closed and I have not heard from her since January. Many unreturned texts and messages. She will cause unnecessary stress during an already stressful time. **update** Funny how reviews can get people to do their job. Now she is lying about something the trustee supposedly said. This is not the first time I caught her in a lie. She also lied saying the bank my car loan is through had been emailing her daily. When I called the bank they said they emailed her once."

"Our case was complicated, and there were numerous issues out of our and Jessica’s control. I’m assuming a case doesn’t drag out as long as ours did. She handled every obstacle, and I’m extremely grateful to have had her as our attorney. I truly feel that Jessica went above and beyond to make sure our case was confirmed. She has a warm personality, and I enjoyed each interaction I had with her. I was never not met with a smile and most times a hug. Her office was easy to find and was comfortable and inviting.
