This product solves a major problem / risk area for me. I have a lake property that was heavily damaged (ceilings fell in, carpet ruined, mold throughout, important family pictures lost) because of a failed seal on an ice machine. The leak went undetected for weeks given the time of year and nature of a lake property. And then, just this week, I got a call from our condo association that my sons unit had a leak under the kitchen sink that caused damage from the 8th floor to the 1st and he's responsible! (Thank goodness for insurance but I now know what I am buying the kids for Christmas!) Having technology in place to alert me when a leak occurs is the cheapest insurance available to protect my home, my kids homes, and their valuables! Exciting breakthrough!
