Terrible service paid cash for a trailer 5 months ago still have not come to fix the inside damages so i can move in. Would not recommend the company to anyone buying a mobile home they also never even included a set of stairs to even get in my trailer but said it was included then refused to put in stairs because they "was not up to code" and then reply to my comment saying it's my fault no sir it's not sir but it's nice that you show your true colors in the comments

After giving the proper measurements to this company and paying over 3K in skirting for my home, I have 2 full sheets of skirting left over. I politely called to ask if they can be returned since I have no use for them and the owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. He told me I have $30 worth of panels left and told me to have a good day and hung up. If the panels are only worth $30 why did I pay 3K? Why was it necessary to be spoken to in the manner that I was after I was clearly ripped off?

Bought our manufactured home with Latham and everything was well taking care off. We are very happy with our new place. They are efficient in answering our queries, they guide us with everything. We are satisfied that we go to Latham. Definitely we recommend Latham Homes.
