"This is my go to spa from now on. I have had two massages so far and they were both AMAZING! I have gone by myself and with my husband to enjoy a couples massage. The only thing is your spouse cannot join you in the Immenities that are upstairs (hot tub, steam room, invigorating room) because they keep women and men separate until you are downstairs for your message and in the pool area. I did mention it to a staff member and they are going to undergo a complete renovation sometime soon and that is something that was noted. I would have loved to stay with my husband the whole time I was there. Other than that I love this place!"

"It’s a beautiful place and wonderful massage. It’s our 5th time. My daughter and I love this place for special celebration but lately they’re rude. They turn the lights out while you’re getting ready. The manager was rude when paying. To us they’re service has gotten worse. Sad to say but I’m not going back and I don't they they will care."

"Every time I come here it just gets better! Great customer service. I had a fabulous massage, pedicure and facial. All worth the $$$. The only bummer is that it's pricey but you get what you pay for!"

"1 star for customer service. 3 stars for facility. Pros: I enjoyed the relaxing music walking up to the spa. Check in for a day pass was smooth and effortless. I was the only person using the jacuzzi and sauna. Cons: Steam room was closed. If there were 4 or more people using these inner facilities, it would have felt like too many people because of the proximity of each room. The cushions on the lounge chairs looked sus. Clean towel to lay on always. I was given a min warning to shower etc before closing. Which I happily did. I only needed to blow dry my hair and leave, but with 5 mins to go, I was told there was no hair blow dryer because per the staff, 'housekeeping took them all.' The 'housekeeping,' woman was standing on the other side of the counter. The staff was ready to go, and with that, no hair blower and I walked out of the spa with a my hair still wet as the San Antonio chill began. I've been a member of health clubs and spas around the world, the latter part of my visit to Lantana was terrible for a resort like this."
