The service was outstanding! Elvis the bellhop was warm and welcoming every time he saw us! He was genuinely open to feedback on the hotel. We loved the fresh scent walking into the hotel and the quick service. We will definitely be returning to Lakeway Resort and hope to see Elvis and other familiar faces soon!

I had a really good and relaxing time at Lakeway which included a lot of pool time, good food, drinks, and a massage. I wish there was a coffee shop or cafe on site for me to spend time at and I wish there were more water stations around the resort for me to refill my water bottles, but other than that, it was great. The employees at Lakeway really made the trip a lot of fun. Charlie was incredible and made the weekend memorable. He was friendly and made great drinks. He treated us really well and made the vacation feel like home!

The customer service was exceptional! The level of professionalism and knowledge is impressive. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The food is delectable and authentic. You can see the effort and hard work of the Lakeway employees, making the patrons feel welcomed and relaxed. The following employees get 5 STARS: Jannel, Helmar, Erika, Ina, and Garreth. They made our stay so pleasant that we are already planning our return trip. Thank you for making our Spring break memorable!!! Jose and Nina

Our stay here was during off season, so the restaurant was relatively quiet, but they made us comfortable and let us sit outdoor on the deck where we could enjoy the gorgeous view of the sunset on the water. Amazing! The food was delicious and my steak was cooked perfectly. But the real highlight was the incredible service and attention we received. The manager Bai (not sure if I am spelling that correctly) was gracious,helpful, and attentive. Our server Armand was so warm, personal and kind. They really made the atmosphere and the experience quite special.

We had an amazing time celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary here! Every staff member we encountered was beyond friendly and accommodating. Madelyn served us breakfast and provided incredible service! Although we didn’t get any other names, every staff member at the front desk and restaurant provided exceptional service. We will be back!
