Fast, organized, friendly, competent. Open 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday. Closed on weekends. Masks required, even if you are fully vaccinated.

It's not that patients "like" it here. It's just fast, spotless and very professional. One annoying thing about Kaiser though (losing one star): you can't buy a Coke in the Coke machine. Or a candy bar. Or a San Pellegrino, etc. They are a militant "nanny" state. So just stop and get your 44oz. Big Gulp before you go there, flaunting it once at Kaiser, of course.
