"Customer service here is deplorable, rude and they will make it your mistake when it was actually their "ears" not hearing correctly. I ordered a beef sandwich, a churro and the guarana. Only the guarana I got from the whole order done correctly. Woman taking my order (blonde, rude, bad attitude) did not say sorry, did not change the sandwich and gave a horrible response. I will not return. She needs to learn manners, respect and how to treat customers. Food was old and lacked flavor. Not worth buying. Got diarrhea after eating here. Lettuce and tomatoes were old, past due."
"They close early and when i went to get coffee and an empanada they said only take out after i already have placed ordered. Why not say it when a customer walks in first beforehand."
"This bakery is a really nice feel to it. They have Great Sweet! I really like the flan cake. I also enjoy the tres leches cake. This bakery has been here for a long time and I can understand why. Unfortunately it's only a cash establishment so you better have your cash on you."

"Great parrillada, large portion and good quality meat. Loved everything on it, especially the mollejas (sweetbreads). The fried yuca side was excellent as well. Our waitress was warm. The calamari and flan with dulce de leches were fine."
