"I've been to another of this same chain overseas. For that aspect it was fun. The place is a bit cramped but convenient in the mall. I recommend signing up ahead of time online as there can be quite a wait in person. The udon was just okay and the sushi was decent but in small portions. They serve the drinks by robot which is cool. Actually the food delivery systems are the most fun thing."
"I love the fact you can sit down and immediately start eating. The staff were friendly and courteous. The food is fresh and tasty. You can order by touchscreen too. The prices are a bit on the high side but well worth the occasional meal. Also, be careful when walking through the restaurant, because their drink robot waiter isn't too responsive to a quick moving human. Also, best not to put your stroller in front of your table until after you got you drinks or else the robot will run into it. Lol."

"Yummy sushi options! 4 stars only because the waiting is really bad during the weekends as they don't accept reservations. It's not as easy to go in and out as other places. But loved the multiple options and that they list the name of each plate."
"Drinks and condiment delivered by robot. Seating felt very private as booths are separted by walls/screens. Small prize (lanyard, eraser, button) after plates collected per ipad. Sushi/sashimi on the smaller and thinner side, but it's a fun dining experience!"
