I have been going to this facility for over a decade and have seen over 20 providers. And I’ve had countless tests and procedures without incident until last Thursday. I arrived at the KOP building at 8:30pm for an MRI. When I was taken back I was put in a room to change and access my port. A tech by the name of Jeremey came to get me to transport me to the imaging room when I was ready, asking for my purse, indicating they were running behind so he’d be putting it in locker one and bring me the keys. I’ve had to much imaging to count but have ALWAYS been told I had to put it away and hold the keys because it’s a liability for them but didn’t think much of it being a regular there. But the MRI started without them. I never saw which locker it went in and never had the key but knew I had placed a $100 bill in my purse to deposit on the way home. And the same tech brought my purse back when I was done so I never had access to the locker. Upon arriving at the bank I noticed the $100 was g...

I would stay away. I made an appointment to see Dr. Meunier for my shoulder and was recommended for a shoulder procedure done with a possible repair. The morning of surgery his aid came in very abruptly, seemed annoyed, and rushed. She did not even introduce herself. It was only after the surgery I learned her name from the very sweet nurses. Amy Trautman, a physician assistant and surgical assistant. She asked me questions very haphazardly and responded in ways that didn’t actually answer my questions. When I asked how to care for my shoulder after surgery, she said that they already went over that with me and the nurses would give me instructions before leaving. Then after blowing me off she says she has to mark the operative site and she MARKED ME ON THE WRONG SIDE. Completely unsatisfied with the after care of my procedure and will never forget the uncaring, negligent and uncomforting PA, Amy Trautman.

I was made an appointment to follow up regarding my broken finger and was charged 185.00 dollars just so the doctor could explain to me the same thing as my first visit to the hospital in Hillcrest. I tried to schedule an appointment for surgery and the lady Tracie Lukerralli told me it would cost $10,000, to me thats a ridiculous amount of money for a surgery on a finger, then she said it would cost maybe $8,000 and I don’t know if she was negotiating but she really was rude about it. She said the financial department would give me a call till this day no word. I will never go back to this hospital. I could see why The United States needs to fix its broken health system and it needs to be fixed ASAP.

And the same tech brought my purse back when I was done so I never had access to the locker. Upon arriving at the bank I noticed the $ was gone. It was to late to file a report at nearly pm, so I filed a complaint the next morning with the department supervisor and security supervisor. It’s nearly a week later and still no word on their investigation. I’ve left two messages over the last hours and am still awaiting response. My safety and trust in this facility has been greatly compromised by this incident and the lack of accountability is appalling."
