"We remodeled 2 bathrooms and our kitchen. Bought all plumbing fixtures including toilets, sinks and accessories from Kohler. The toilets have been an issue from the start. We followed their recommendations on how to fix. Still not working properly. The chain in the tank comes off so they don’t flush and the flapper doesn’t seed properly so the tank doesn’t fill and water runs into toilet. Their answer now is, you are past the warranty period, we will do nothing. I wouldn’t recommend using Kohler! They really deserve 0 stars!"
