"They were very knowledgeable, i showed them a picture of what i wanted, he explained what they would have to do to replicate it and they did a great job of it! I thought it was a little pricey for dipping a reel compared to the price of dipping other similar sized items from the prices on their website but i assume there was lots of hours in tearing all the parts apart, painting, dipping and clear coating. Overall the quality was well worth the money! They were able to dip the reel even with the intricate shape that it is and never once complained about the difficulty of it. I will be bringing more things back to dip! Cant wait to start fishing with this reel for steelhead this spring!"
