Kitchenall has become my GoTo for pretty much everything - from fridges to shelves, they've always had what I needed and always get it to me quickly. And the value of their being local is HUGE because no shipping costs...Highly Recommend!

Called Customer Service and was told that Free Shipping isn't for all items and it depends on many things and if its Free Shipping they still charge for unloading certain items so Its basically never Free. I still ordered the freezer and hope to get a better product than their website. Will update review if needed.// UPDATE: The called me after the order and apologized for misunderstanding and gave me FREE Shipping. Freezer came in good condition and as pictured on website. Thanks!// UPDATE after 1yr : Coldline Ice Cream Freezer still works great and I’m ordering a 2nd one for my next food truck .

Very excited to have found the hot chocolate machine that I was looking for at a lower price but high quality materials. This machine will save us so much labor at our seasonal corn maze since we've been using small residential kettles to heat the water.
