"Exceptional Service and Quality Food. We had clients coming to our office and we ordered from Kelly at Kitchen Provance and her team did an amazing job. Set up was great and the little attention to detail was great!"
"This place is awful. I’m shocked they have 5 stars. I have used them 2x now and they have been a HUGE disappointment both times. The first time, they claimed they had a problem with the freight which is why they were an hour late. Some hold up or something. I never got a call though which would have been nice. If I had known about the freight problem and the DRIVER called me to let me know, it would have been helpful. The second time, I made sure to be outside right by the loading dock to greet the caterer upon arrival. Late again and total no show. They did give me a % refund both times which is the least they could do. Safe to say I will NEVER be using them again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Never again. I work for a top investment management firm and these luncheons are for VERY IMPORTANT client meetings. Don’t trust these people. Go elsewhere...anywhere but here."
