"I have been a proud customer since this location first opened its doors years ago. From my initial time coming in I was promptly greeted upon entering, with warm welcoming voices and faces. The customer service that is offered here is amazing, they make you feel as if you are family and seek to assist with any questions you may have about products in the store. You don't have to ever worry about being looked at as "just another customer" in this store. The selection of products is superior, and the value of the products can't be matched. The reason I remain dedicated to continuously coming back as a loyal customer after so many years, is the great service that I received on day one and continue to receive every single time I enter the doors, it can not compare to any other beauty supply store in the state! "I used to be a loyal customer to King's Beauty but after today's experience. I am never going back. Almost immediately after I got there, I found the exact wig I was looking for. I showed the female employee, who was very kind and professional, the wig I wanted and that I just needed to access the rest of my money. I was on the phone for some time as I was having some trouble with the app. While I was on the phone, the male employee kept checking on me, harrassing me, and asking what i was doing. We finally got everything squared away and literally right after I told the person on the other line goodbye and was about to check out, the male employee came to me and told me I was being watched, accused me of trying to steal even though all I had was my keys (as I had left my backpack with my money in it up front), and kicked me out of the store. Furthermore, I was the ONLY customer in the store. I'm so glad he told me to leave when he did. If you're going to kick me out of the store when I'm in the process of trying to give you my service, you won't ever get my service, time, money, or recommendations ever again and I will make sure to tell everyone I possibly can not to come here. Extremely dissatisfied."
