"Highly disappointed with this place and Henry that runs it! I've been coming here for years and always had a great experience. Just bought 2 new tires one morning and that afternoon I was on the highway and had to pull over cause the car was bumping up and down and making a thud noise. I noticed there was an issue with one of the tires that I just bought that morning. Luckily there was a discount tire at the next exit. I was able to make it there safely. They informed me the tire was defective (OOR, out of round) and that this can be checked on the balancer. I guess king wheel didn't check. Well I had to buy another tire and placed the defective one in the trunk. Ipaid $. more at discount tire. Took me 3 trips to get my refund and they wouldn't refund what I paid at discount tire. They just put the blame on the company they get their tires. I get it but I'm doing business with you, not them. I had to pay additional money to replace a tire you sold me that was bad. No apology for it or the case that it could have caused an accident. I felt like I was burdening them for the refund and the fact it took me 3 trips to get it. Then when I finally did get it. He tried to short me $. and no they wouldn't cover the cost of the additional amount from discount tire. They lost a customer and the referrals of people I sent there also with how they handled this. I hope it was worth it to them to save$. , be shady, and spending my time trying to get my refund. Don't come here as they have no integrity and customer service has been lost! Horrible way to treat loyal customer. Most of these great reviews were from past ownership."

"Make sure you check everything works when you get your car back. I got sold out of round tires. Went to another shop and the guy said it also looked like they just stuck a bunch of weights on and hoped for the best. My car started making a howling noise after hitting mph! I got an alignment done and my suspension checked out for excess wear. Nope it was just the tires."
