The doctor I saw wasn't that good. I ignored alot of problems in my opinion, but stuck with it because I already established a relationship. Today my car wouldn't start so I called ahead about 20mins to let them know. They told me its not their problem and I will be slapped with $75 fee if I miss the appointment. So I have amazing insurance. I'll be taking my son elsewhere.

From the front office staff to Dr Rogers we couldn’t take it anymore and had to change pediatricians. My daughter had been at this office since birth in 2020. After the first visit we were told there was a $125 bill that could not be charged to insurance that we needed to pay out of pocket which was fine, they said just pay at the next visit. Before we got to the next visit we made a sick visit for my daughter. While making the appt for this sick visit I was put on hold and the lady making the appt, I didn’t catch her name, told me she would call me right back. She calls back in a few minutes saying she confirmed that we did not need to pay the $125. My husband gets to the office for the sick visit, no mention of the bill. We now go for the next scheduled appt and they are saying we have to pay the $125 or our appt will be canceled in 10 mins. I said no, on the previous sick visit I didn’t catch the lady’s name but I was told we didn’t owe it. The lady checking us in said that never ha...

My son is almost 3 months old, and he is our first baby. Dr. Rogers and the reception staff at Kessler Peds are absolutely wonderful. Everyone is so kind, they treat us with such care and attention, both in person and on the phone. Dr. Rogers is an attentive, common sense provider who appears to have such joy in what she does. She handles my baby so sweetly, and takes time to answer all our questions each visit. I trust this office implicitly and it gives me peace of mind that we are in their care.

Dr. Donza Rogers at Kessler Pediatrics is one of the best pediatricians I have ever known. She is very professional, exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, patient and she truly loves and cares for her patients and their families. Her staff is also top notch and will anything possible to make sure each patient family has the best experience possible.

My youngest daughter has been going to this clinic from birth and she’s now 16 and my oldest daughter was a patient from age 6 to 18. We started with Dr. Sarah Helfand and we stayed and transitioned with Dr. Rogers. We’ve received the same consistent and great care over the years. We have no complaints. With having daughters it’s important to me that my girls can feel comfortable asking personal questions concerning their body and health as they are developing; this is their safe place.

I said no, on the previous sick visit I didn’t catch the lady’s name but I was told we didn’t owe it. The lady checking us in said that never happened, no one told me that. Wow, fine we paid the $. The next incident my daughter was about months and seemed to hurt her arm so we called to make an appt, got there around 9am. Dr Rogers sent us for x-ray across the street, told us to wait for a call from her with the results. We waited all day, called twice never heard back from them. By 5pm my daughter still crying about her arm, we called the nurse line described what happened and the nurse over the phone said it sounds like nurse’s elbow. At this point since the office closed at take her to the ER. Get to the ER they call us back and in mins adjust my daughter’s arm and we are sent home, she’s all better. The next day we get a call from Dr Rogers that she never got the results and wanted us to come back. I don’t know what kind of game that was all about but another office was not needed she should have been able to attend my daughter just like the nurse did over the phone without even seeing her did. At the month check in for I bring up the concern over my daughter’s head shape to Dr Rogers again. She decides to give a referral to see a head specialist. Basically we missed the window to provide a helmet for my daughter because when I initially brought up the problem months before Dr Rogers did not take my concern seriously and said her head was fine. Then sometimes I would have missed calls from their office, I’ll call back and they would say no one called you. Finally couldn’t take them and decided to change pediatricians. My new doctor sent medical release form twice with no response. I get to my kids next appt at the new doctor office and Kessler Pediatrics still didn’t send over the medical records. I call at pm and they say they never received any medical release forms. Fine, I am at their appt and need the shot records now so we can continue with well visit. Schkay says that she will send me the authorization release form and she will send shot records right away. I received the form via email, the office staff at the new doctors office also faxed the form back to Kessler while I email it back. It’s now 4pm and I still didn’t get the shot records so we begin the appt while I have my husband call to find out what’s happening. Schkay said she will be sending the records right now. We never received them and had to reschedule another appt because the new doctor needed to confirm the shot record before giving my daughter her immunizations. So irritated and frustrated with this these people not doing their jobs."
