"We moved to a new area and it was too far to drive to our normal service center in Escondido for a recall service so I decided to try Kearny Mesa. Would definitely recommend. I emailed beforehand with Sasha to set up the appointment, she was efficient and accommodating. When I showed up to my appointment, I was checked and directed to Sasha within 5min. We went over my services for the day and signed the necessary documents by tablet all while chatting away like old friends. Throughout the day, Sasha messaged updates regarding my vehicle so there were no surprises. They even helped me track down and retrieve an item left in the car. "I was pleasantly surprised I was greeted immediately upon pulling up to the service department by a kind gentleman with a tablet. He checked me into my 9am appointment then minutes later the person I scheduled the appointment with, Nick, greeted me and went over what services I would need that day. He gave me a business card and I handed over my keys and I was on my way. I returned around 3pm to pick up my car. It was a quick and efficient check out. I paid $ for an oil change, tire rotating, probably something else and a complementary car wash. They gave me a quote for a part that was broken. My car was so clean! Thanks Kearny Mea Kia!!"

"We got our vehicle through Pam at Kearny Mesa Kia/Ford and had an amazing experience. Prior to Pam, we went to several other dealerships who we got stuck with sales people that were very pushy and only cared about making a sale. Pam really listened to our wants and needs, we didn’t even end up getting the car we originally wanted because she pointed us in the direction of an even better car and for a better price! We got to build out our car to make sure it had all of the features we wanted and Pam was constantly in touch with us giving us updates on delivery date.
