"Not worth the money at all. It’s extremely small and the pictures on the site are deceiving. There’s only two small pools comparable to a kiddie pool. One with floating lemons and grapefruit which was odd. All were room temperature, not hot not even warm at all. Did not look sanitary in the slightest. Majority of the staff didn’t speak English so any time anyone had a question the most you got was a blank stare and them walking away quickly to do nothing but sit around the guest staring and eating while guest attempt to relax. This “spa” doesn’t offer enough amenities for the price. Steam room and sauna room was small as well. They had another floor but it took a while before anyone actually showed up to escort us to it especially considering there’s a club that shares the elevator with the spa (unsafe) a bunch of drunk people in the elevator with you while you’re half naked under your robe just trying to get to the other floor. Overall it wasn’t a relaxing experience, I wouldn’t recommend or go back. Wish NY had a better selection of Hour spas."

"My Go-To spot for self care!!! I absolutely love this place and I truly appreciate the staff here as well. Such a hidden gem in NYC. Thank you juvenex spa for making my self care days so memorable. I recommend this spot to all of my friends, and they all love it as much as I do! The Korean body scrub is a MUST!!!!!"

"I enjoyed my experience at Juvenex Spa. Heidi took great care of me.It is a little overpriced but definitely worth it . I went in for a body scrub and felt like a new woman leaving . I will definitely be back ."

"There is definitely language barrier and less instructions on what we had to do. But the procedure is going to steam room then sauna to open your pores and then they take for body scrub. The scrub itself was good. They were scrubbing sincerely to make sure all dead skin in gone. But after the procedure they dint apply moisturizer for me so my skin felt dry. They did apply for my friends. So it happened only for me. I would recommend to carry own swim wear as they have only one common size and may not fit for all. I would go next time but will make sure to request for moisturizer at end of the procedure."

"Wow. Got the body scrub....it was a full experience. They scrubbed every inch of me, washed me down, and then scrubbed some more. I felt like a fresh new babe at the end of it, totally relaxed and blissfully clean and cozy. Wish I could go regularly - I'd be here every few weeks. The jade sauna and pools were a nice way to relax before and after."
