"Have been running a Juno laptop for about 2 months. The build is good quality, it is everything I expected. I had one little issue with it not charging, and Juno responded to my request for help within minutes, helped me find the issue (bad cord) and had one delivered to me the next day. I couldn't ask for any better support than that!"

Laptop design is great, feels very sturdy(don't want to drop it and find out though), the box was packaged very well and being that it came from the other side of the ocean, it was still in one piece. They take packaging very serious to ensure you get your laptop in 1 piece. If you're looking for a custom laptop that is just for Ubuntu, this is the place to buy them."
"I bought a new Neptune ” laptop to use for Web Development, learning Linux, and rendering the occasional blender file. The service was excellent and the laptop exceeded my expectations. The computer came with Ubuntu but I installed PopOS right when I got it. The only hiccup was trying to get the rgb keyboard backlight to work via command line, but one quick email with Giovanni had me figuring it out in a matter of minutes. The laptop look is sleek and thin, almost too thin! Compared to my old ThinkPad p it feels like half the weight. The screen is great for full HD, I was worried that compared to the 4K screen of my ThinkPad I would notice a big difference but it nearly impossible to tell the difference at the ” screen size. I do wish the BIOS was Libreboot, not the proprietary Insyde. Overall my impression of Juno computers has been that they are a great place to purchase a Linux laptop. Their communication via email was excellent and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for an upgrade!"
