Why do you keep changing the A+W singles! ??? 😩 First you changed the sweetener, then made it where it wouldn't dissolve, then fixed the flavor, now the sweetener is gone again and it has a chemical taste!! I use a box a day and I can't even choke this down... 😠 Seriously! What gives???? Put the aspertame back, fix it so it dissolves, and leave it ALONE!!!

I have been buying the A &W Root Beer drink mix packets for a long time. It was my go to drink. What happened?Says new and approved. IT IS HORRIBLE. Has little white particles in them that does not dissolve. Please go back to the old stuff. I will not buy this new horrible tasting stuff.

Please bring back the old Diet Snapple Lemon Tea flavors.. I now have to buy the old ones on E-bay cause your new formula sucks.

Pineapple Crush drink mix was my favorite. I told everybody how good it was, that you felt like you were cheeting getting something sweet and only 5 calories. Got other people drinking it also. My husband just brought me home a box that says NEW BETTER TASTE and it was a huge disappointment! I won't be buying any more unless you switch back!!! How can nasty be better???

The new improved flavors, orange, grape and strawberry are awful. Please go back to the original. I won't be buying your brand anymore because I no longer like the taste. Too bad because I drank these daily and will have to take my money elsewhere. Really didn't even want to give you one star.
