"It's refreshing to find people you can trust and rely on. JR made it out to us, a first time customer when we were in a pinch and without water. Everyone else said it'd be weeks. He could have done what most do and recommend a mass/expensive overhaul to get us back up, but he went the honest way and got us an unexpectedly cheap fix. We ended up going with him for larger work, to get our tank upgraded and a backup pump. JR did it all and could be counted on. He patiently talked us through the best way to use it all. And when the pump given to him by the warehouse turned out to be a lemon, he went to bat for us to get it replaced and do the work all over again to no charge. One time he worked through a flood to make sure we weren't without water for the night. I could not recommend this company any more highly. Good people are good people, and that's hard to come by."
"I had a great experience with JR. He came out the same day I called him and fixed the problem so quickly I didn't even know he had begun. He came back 2 days later (just as he said he would) to replace a pressure valve. He is very reasonably priced. I found my wellman! Happy customer!"
