"Awful hospitality. We went to get a COVID test and waited over an hour for them to come and swab for the test. They refused to run my insurance and made me pay out of pocket. They were not helpful in me resolving any issues. Staff was rude when asked questions/concerns were shared. DO NOT USE."

The staff up front have dropped the ball a couple of times though, little things, like not calling you about blood test results when the say they will. But after going there for years I have to say I'm pleased. I feel like someone is looking out for me and trying to take care of me."

God heals through both medicine and prayer, and I understand that now. And He shows the doctors how to get to the bottom of what’s going on in a patient’s illness or injury. I’m thrilled to be a patient of The Joshua Medical Centers, and I’ll never go anywhere else for primary care!"

"The Doctors are amazing, and all the staff. They made me feel so comfortable, and my needs were important to them. I like how the Doctor remembers his patients. I really like when I was asked the “Question” would you like pray, the Pastor came in, and prayed for me and my family... and I felt so much peace."

"I have not had personal experience here, but family and friends have, and there is a great disconnect between the services rendered by the doctors and getting paperwork done in a timely manner. My adult son went here, the pharmacy he uses was supposed to get further confirmation on a medication from the doctor's office and insurance, and it has never happened, despite asking the doctor several times to okay the prescription she initiated and wrote. A close friend went here with her father, so he could get a checkup to go into a care home, and the office here said they faxed the paperwork to where she needed them to-but the receiving office said they never got it, and when the center's office was contacted, they were quite rude about everything. Really, I don't know if the doctors know this is going on with the office help or what-but the workers don't seem to know how to take information nor how to forward it, either, and they cover up their ineptitude with hostility. I'd go elsewhere and I don't recommend this place if you need paperwork in order to find a place to live. They really could not care less, how their indifference affects patients' lives."
