Treasure trove of items, don't expect crazy steep discounts (usually things are 30-40% off retail) unless it's pretty beat up. Fair prices, probably a bulk discount but I'm not sure. The team is very friendly and has an amazing knowledge of where things are located (there are so many items). Staff is also very knowledgeable about the quality of different items and how they are used. You will need to thoroughly clean anything you get that isn't in original packaging because those items often have a layer of grease/dust but it's very expected. Not an issue. There is a very sweet doggy who roams around the store every once in a while - call ahead if you have allergies.

Drove out to the store to see a cooler. Thought it looked good so I went to the front desk to see if I could make an offer to purchase. After waiting 5 min for the women working the front desk to get off her personal call, she told me neither Joe or someone authorized to sell the equipment was in. She told me someone would call me. It took them a week to call then another week to review. Called again today and told me they would have someone call me. Still nothing. At this point I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Figure out some professionalism.

Absolute garbage. Would you like to shop at a store with no prices and unhelpful, insulting staff? THIS IS YOUR PLACE! Looks to be a bit on the sketchy side as well, as I've had many people tell me they shared the experience I had of being offered no sales tax on cash purchases. I wonder if the State of MN would be interested in that? People in the restaurant industry feel like they need to deal with this unwashed gargoyle, but there are plenty of other places that don't treat their customers like trash. And, if you need an example of the "professionalism" of this company, check out their response to other bad reviews.
