"Last November, I was in an incredibly stressful situation where I had to move and break my lease 7 months in advance. I wouldn't be penalized if I found another tenant, but that's hard to do the months of November and December. My landlord wasn't making it easier so I had to hustle to find a new approved tenant. I listed my apt on Joinery and the team there expedited my listing because they understood the complexity of my situation. Via Joinery, a couple from DC found my apt. We did a video call so they could tour/view the apt and had some friends check out the street/neighborhood. They were perfect and my landlord accepted them. Moving and finding a tenant at the same time during the holiday season is not something I ever recommend, and I certainly would not have been successful finding a great tenant without the help of Joinery. They were professional, kind and very responsive which was critical for me. I highly recommend their broad range of services. Super great."

"Using Joinery was the best decision we could have made when looking to end our lease early. The staff is helpful and HUMAN! and gave our listing great personal attention which we really were not expecting. I think since we were listing our whole apartment (not just an available room) they assisted with creating a StreetEasy posting at no extra cost, which gave our unit a serious boost for the people that would be most seriously interested. The internal messaging through the website/ app, and the email notification preferences were essential and extremely helpful. Craigslist was a joke and attracted a lot of people that were not serious, with almost everyone that reached out through craigslist ended up flaking out or pitching something ridiculous. All the inquiries we got through our Joinery posting were thoughtful and serious, and communicating with them was easy. Another great feature was that we were able to import the information from our craigslist post directly into our joinery listing which saved us a lot of time and made it super easy.
