"One of the smoothest mechanic experiences I can remember. A friend recommended them so I went in for an oil change/K mile inspection and they were great. My guy Andrew kept me posted throughout the entire process. They inspected the whole car, replaced the cabin filter, and also noticed a nail in my tire which they were able to patch. All of this for a very fair price. If you’re in need of a mechanic, go to John’s!"

"So happy with the services and repairs provided at John’s Automotive Care. I started having grinding noice when breaking and brought my car there because they had great reviews and were open on Saturday. Very friendly staff at the reception. They couldn’t get my car fixed the same day due to other busy day but one of the guys did a visual inspection of my car, gave some suggestions and scheduled me ASAP. Repair took place coming Monday. I loved very though inspection of the whole car and full emailed report with pictures and suggestions. Very satisfied with how friendly, quick and efficient their services are! The price was right too!"

"One of the most professional non-dealer automotive repair shops you’ll find - but you’ll pay for it! It’s the old adage, “you get what you pay for”. So if you want to feel appreciated (treated with respect, timely updates, dedicated point of contact, clean atmosphere, complimentary refreshments, etc.) this is the shop for you. Just be prepared to pay what it takes to deliver such outstanding service."

"I brought my Jeep here for a simple oil change. Now that my Jeep is past it’s warranty, I figured, no need to take it to the dealer, let me try someplace new. Well, they decided to take out my cabin air filter (without asking me) to show me how dirty it was. This was behind the glove compartment. I told them that “yes, please change it” but they couldn’t find it in stock anywhere so they had to put it back. All the dust from the dirty filter spread throughout my car for two days because they didn’t put it back correctly and of course, they broke my glove compartment. My favorite part is that whoever was in my car “sneezed”. They sneezed all over the inside of my windshield, the mirror, the dashboard and gauges. It even got on the driver side window. Obviously, whomever sneezed wasn’t professional enough to clean it up. If they are not professional enough to clean their sneeze and not competent enough to put the cabin filter back in correctly without breaking my glove compartment, why would I give them anything more expensive to fix or service."
