We have been working with JoGip for the past few months and they are great! Jessica is always friendly and helpful, and she is easy to get ahold of. They always try to take care of work orders as quickly as possible and are always on top of getting updates on the status of them.

I just want to share my appreciation for Marylin Russell and the amazing customer experience she created for me. Marylin, Financial hardships, paired with life's struggles, can be extremely exhausting and overwhelming. Thank you so much for not exploiting my shame or embarrassment by judging or being condescending in an already challenging time. When you think of full service property management, it doesn’t get better than JoGip!! Everything a hands off investor can ask for all under one roof. The team has an amazing way of keeping clients in the loop, are very fair with pricing and keep residents really happy!! Awesome team of property managers!!!

I’m making a long distance move from VA to Dallas, Tx and JoGip has made the process very smooth. Finding a place in the area right now is a nightmare. Places will go on and off the market in minutes. I was thrilled to find a great place in a desirable area so soon. I had questions regarding utilities and my move in. I called and Monica was able to respond and get my questions answered within 30 minutes. I’m beyond happy with the customer service I’ve been given, especially given how far away I am currently. Thanks again Monica.
