"We were terribly disappointed with our experience at Jinbeh. Our waitress seemed to be upset with our presence from the beginning. She was terribly rude to all in our party that ask her a question and seemed put out with us because we wanted to order appetizers before the main course. She rushed us through the whole meal and brought out to go boxes while we were eating and then , because we had requested a birthday dessert , she brought out a dish of ice cream with a lit candle while we were still eating our entrees. Following that she brought out all of our checks before we were finished with the entrees. Once she had processed our credit cards, she never returned. The restaurant was not crowded and there was no wait to be seated. I’m sorry to say we won’t be returning to Jinbeh and I doubt any of the people in our party will return either. It was a disappointing birthday dinner for my husband."

"I had been to the location in Lewisville before and recently found out that there was a location in Frisco. There was not a wait in the hibachi dinner area and we were seated very quickly. Our servers were friendly and the people in our dinner area were fun to dine with. The hibachi preparer was funny and did fun tricks when preparing the food. The appetizers before dinner (soup and salad) was good. I ordered the salmon hibachi dinner. The food was well prepared and I had leftovers as the serving size was plentiful."

"Pretty horrible experience. No greeting when we walked in the door. Our waitress barely even spoke to us. She took my soup away even though I wasn’t done with it (couldn’t have told her I wasn’t finished because she had already stuck her gloved thumb in it). A/C was non-existent on an ° day- sitting inches away from a ° hibachi grill. Asked if it was normal to be that hot, and the lady I asked just walked away without saying anything. No interaction from the chef at all. Just cooked and left. Also didn’t even turn the exhaust fan on until nearly done cooking so our clothes reek of smoke. Outrageously absurd price of food. This is a makeshift Benihana."

"Awful service. I went to my car to answer a call after ordering hibachi and eating a soup and salad, and they took away my plate and fork when I came back. I was out for less than minutes. There are better places in Frisco for Japanese food. Don’t ever come here."

"Cute and yummy! The spicy mayo is top notch and the veggie rolls are crafted nicely and the spicy edamame is delish!!"
