"The shoe shine guy does a good job with shines and taps plus he's a really nice guy. However some of the support staff are unprofessional and rude. The prices have also greatly increased. Have used them many times but after this last experience I'll most likely go elsewhere to see if there's an improvement"

"I had a pair of high end heels (Louboutins) that the strap needed repair. I found Concierge Cobbler (Jim’s Shoe Repair) in New York, (I’m in Texas), and they ask me to email or text photos of the repair needed. They were so prompt and helpful with their response. They suggested also replacing the front toe protector area of both shoes. There was no pressure for the extra repair they mentioned, it just came as a suggestion to do while they had the shoes. They emailed me a label so it was very easy to send the shoes off to them. On the return, my shoes were unfortunately delivered to the wrong address and someone signed for them. I informed Cobbler Concierge and they were very polite and stated they would help with the claim as soon as they received the info from UPS. Thankfully the shoes were located and I received my shoes. They were so beautifully packaged with such care. When I opened them they looked absolutely brand new! I own quite a few shoes that at times need new heel tips or repairs and I will definitely be sending them to Concierge Cobbler (Jim’s Shoe Repair). The care they take and their customer service is amazing!!!!"

"Look no further. If you have been toying around the idea of where to send your luxury shoe to add protective soles, give them Jim's Shoe Repair a call right away. CJ has been AMAZING throughout this whole journey. From explaining the process on how to ship the shoes to their location and what to expect the next step to be. I did not have to follow up once. CJ and his team were proactive communicators, which gave me peace of mind that my Valentino's were in great hands. They took pictures of my shoes, before and after the job was done, and honestly, I am not used to this kind of customer service and it was refreshing to experience. The quality of the work done was impressive. The artisans who took care of my shoes did a fantastic job! Thank you!! My shoes came back in a beautiful black box with Jim's logo on it and a zipper bag, in which I will be using in the future to send my next pairs for them to fix. "It was out of my way (I work close though), but I was impressed with the timeline I was given to have my shoes finished as I was attending a funeral and needed them quick. They were very nice and welcoming, and that kind of customer service is why I chose them along with that they could finish my shoes in time. I just got the standard sole rubber placement on my loafers."

"I usually never leave reviews, but 2 pairs of shoes needed to be fixed (not too complex issues) and a rare MCM bag with multiple complex major repairs. Was it cheap? No... BUT their quality is worth the price! Especially the bag...all the areas that I wanted to be fixed basically look like new. Their quality is superb and you can really trust that results will satisfy you. I am % satisfied! Thank you!"
