Sandwiches are great, with a good vegetarian option. This location is nice, reasonably clean, and the staff is good at their jobs. The sandwiches are, of course, freaky fast. Plus, my 7 year old agrees with their claim that they are the best sandwiches in the world.

I have been to this location a few times. Usually decent service. This past time not so much. I ordered my sandwich and as I was paying it was made but not once did I have the change to state what I did and did not want on it. I informed the cashier that I wanted add ons but was informed the sandwich was already made. I kindly walked out instead of causing a scene but for further reference please allow the customers to speak.

Sandwich were great. Husband had gargantuan and I did the unwich #12 with peppers. Staff was friendly and fast

I wanted delivery to the Sysco at 4027 Guion Lane. I am a truck driver so unable to get decent food. They took my order over the phone then called me stating they can't find the place. I love Jimmy Johns but the service usually sucks.

I was very disappointed to see that 2 of the 3 employees I saw were not wearing their masks properly while handling my food. The first wore her mask with her nose uncovered and the second had his down under his chin (so basically not even wearing one). When I made a comment on this fact, they laughed at me and did not adjust their masks.
