"I have been an avid Jersey Mikes sub guy for years. I used to eat at the one on nd street at least once a week since my job was just down the street. Last week I ordered online delivery for the family on a Friday night. All started well. Giant Philly no cheese add tomato and lettuce. Son got a giant club no tomato's. Wife and daughter split a veggie, no tomato. Order arrived mine had cheese, no lettuce and no tomato, all other sandwiches were wrong as well. I called the store and the young gentleman who answered was very nice and said yes I can see your order and and we will replace it and make it correctly. Cool! I am okay with that, mistakes happen and he was going to make it right. Well an hour and a half later I called because no one came with new sandwiches. The same young gentleman called and said yes the sandwiches are here but no one came to pick them up. I would assume since I ordered online for delivery it would be delivered. Probably my fault for assuming. Long story short I asked for a refund and he agreed and said he would do it. 2 weeks later no refund for a dollar meal. This is not the first time this location has messed up an order. I guess I have to find a new place to get subs, or if I can go directly to the store to place my order and watch them make it."

"The female shift manager working tonight needs a bonus! Working with only teenage boys who don’t want to work and are not self-motivated … bless her! She held down the fort with patience and ease. I didn’t personally have any issues with my visit but you could tell the young men working are tough to manage."

"I TRULY enjoy the place the service is always very very good Olivia at the front counter is the bomb.com and she really gives good customer service I really enjoy the owner and his wife they also have a Southside location they are really good people and it always is a friendly environment when you walk in there it is truly a staple that I attend a lot and the restrooms are always clean and that is so important to me."
