"I went for around 4 months and lost pounds. Kind of bottomed out at that point but I really didn't need to lose much more. Prepare to be somewhat hungry. I learned I was just plain eating too much. I was a little surprised at how small calories a day really is. I was probably at a day before this. I noticed one bad review because somebody wanted to pick up food without a consultation. This is not a grocery store. You will have a consultation and be weighed before picking up your food."
"I still go here but the place is under staffed and they need to hire more employees."
