I learned so much from Herb at Jay T Will's. He brings years of Kenpo wisom to each (individual) lesson and he's open to questions as you learn. He focuses on basics, such as good posture, balance and form and the student internalizes fundamentals of movement that lead to clear powerful strikes and kicks. He's a wonderful teacher who shares a form of Kenpo that is hard to find these days. Had I not moved, I would have continued working with him for years to come.
