"I had the worst experience ever. I plan to contact the corporate office regarding my recent experience. I went to look at/test drive a SUV. Upon arrival, four people were standing at the desk; however no one took the initiative to assist me. After finding the SUV that I was interested in, I asked for some assistance and the four people looked at one another -like, whose gonna help her. I felt strongly no one wanted to assist me. A guy, Sully, who eventually assisted me was pre-occupied with his cellphone and was not interested in assisting me. I asked for his business card and he did not want to provide it. I expressed how awful the customer service was and left the dealership."

"Smooth purchase of pre owned vehicle"

"I purchased a Range Rover in November from the South Bay Torrance Jaguar Dealer. I start off by highlighting this point because I walked into Cerritos dealer (located closer to my residence) prior to visiting South Bay Torrance and nearly waited almost minutes before receiving poor customer assistance. Fast forward to November , I brought my vehicle into Cerritos Service Dept solely due to an emission recall which hindered me from registering my vehicle. My vehicle was running totally fine prior to bringing it in. As a result of COVID and having a second vehicle, I barely have k miles. Upon picking up my vehicle 7 hours later (even though I was told it would take about 2 hours), I initially realized that my vehicle was driving rough. It continues to jump/jerk while driving sporadically at times. It was very different from the smooth drive that I experienced before. Instead of jumping to conclusions, I drove my vehicle a few more times to further assess my initial concern. Thereafter, I contacted Cerritos Service department to report my concerns. I had to repeat my concerns about 3 times to the representative. It was as if he wasn't listening or paying attention. Thereafter, he proceeded to tell me that they have limited service times in which I was allowed to bring my vehicle back for reassessment since I was not receiving new service. I ended the call and decided to schedule a service appointment with another dealer for an objective assessment. I will never schedule service with this dealer again."
