"TL/DR; The service people at this location do not know what they are doing and the manager spoke to me in a very condescending manner when questioned on why my mower was WORSE after they serviced it. Very dissatisfied and will never use this service department gain. John the service manager was condescending and denied alterations to my mower that were made by his service technicians. When they replaced the fuel filter on the mower (service that was not requested but completed and charged anyway), they failed to properly prime the lines and allowed an airlock to form in my fuel lines. Causing the mower to perform poorly and eventually sputter and die. Service took over 3 weeks to; replace battery, plug a tire, replace fuel filter, and change oil. unit was picked up on and not returned to me until . At which point it would not run for longer than minutes after starting it. With that amount of time and nearly $ in charges (not to mention the cost of 3 weeks of yard service charges due to not having my mower) I would have hoped to receive a like new mower rather than one that barely runs. When I called to inform him that after hours of my own labor and picking through their papers I found that the fuel filter had formed a vacuum due to poor installation he informed me that they NEVER bleed new fuel filters because "it isn't needed". Well when you dropped it off it would not run for more than minutes before dying, after I properly primed the fuel line it ran for over an hour, long enough to finish mowing my yard."
