"So I’ve ordered from Italiano’s now twice and there are a lot of positives. As others have said, the staff is friendly. I went late on a Friday night with a large group and they were very accommodating and attentive ; it was of us total and we dined in. Everyone enjoyed their meal and so did I. I got two appetizers and a dessert but they were filling enough to almost be an entree. The carrot cake was sooo moist and delicious!! I got the spanakopita (spinach pie), and pita with tzatziki sauce along with French fries. They fry their French fries pretty hard so beware of that but they were still really good. Other ppl in my group got their fried chicken, a salad, a gyro, pizza and other things and everyone was more than satisfied. Through grubhub on another day I got their banana stuffed challah bread French toast. Both were absolutely delicious with generous portions. I would highly recommend and would visit/order from again. I only deducted a star due to one of the water pitchers being dirty when we dined in."
"Very good customer service. Friendly staff. I've never ordered food from here, only picked up orders through work like Uber/door dash. But I always enjoy cooking here because the staff makes you feel like you're a part of the team. Thank you for the experience."
"first timer....Cod fish sub was very good. seen a lot of desserts.....you evil people...putting all those delicious desserts up front for folks to drool over......how dare you. But they must be good cause while I waited, some guy came in and bought about 4 or 6 damn cheese cakes with strawberries......over $......im going back on Friday to fund out what that cheesecake is all about...trust me."
