"The venue is great, the sound amazing and the show espectacular. But 2 of the security access ladies were completely rude, disrespectful and abused of their power, they nearly didn't let me in. I travelled specially to NYC from Spain for this show, I had all my vaccines and ticket in order and because they were not used to a foreign covid certificate which by the way was in English aswell they treated me like I was going to get arrested. They didn't allow me to speak and try to explain, they were yelling at my husband because he didn't speak English and also mistreated the rest of my friends at one point I thought she was going to hit me. The rest of the staff were ok but these 2 ladies and I am sure everybody knows who I am talking about have serious issues and need anger management lessons, specially because they have to deal with lots of persons every day. It,s a shame because the venue is excellent."

"This is an awesome venue. Saw The Strokes here in June . I got lucky and scored some balcony tickets, which featured a very close and personal experience with the band and opening acts. The sound was great and the venue was clean. Drinks were overpriced (definitely expected for NYC), but they were really strong and good drinks. Overall a great experience. I’d definitely come here again if an artist I like is on the bill."

"I was in NYC over the weekend celebrating my friend's birthday and wanted to celebrate and dance. We decided to attended the Reggae vs Soca event on Saturday, March , . It was a GOOD time!!! The music was pumping, there was plenty of room to dance and the drinks were super tasty. I would definitely visit this venue again when I am in town. 🙂🍸💃🏿"

"Lets start with the Venue. Irving Plaza, small and tight but more than enough room to have a great time. The staff were AMAZING!!! Jay, (Doorman/ security) Peter ( security) and Armando ( bartender) were the nicest people I have ever met. Someone in our party was on crutches and Jay brought the entire group (4) up to the balcony to watch the show from the handicap section. All night Peter was checking in on us and offering us chairs and keeping the floor spotless so we wouldnt slip on spilt drinks. Armando, as handsome as he is charming! Great service and an all around lovable human being! Now for the concert... Hot Mulligan was absolute perfection as always. Knuckle Puck was phenomenal! The lighting and sound were perfect. I have never seen a production run so smoothly. This is my second time seeing this tour and I will absolutely be seeing them again before the end of the tour. As for Irving Plaza, I can't tell you when I'll have the need to go back there seeing its 3 hours away, but I will go out of my way to find shows there because of the experience we had."
