"I give it a one star cause I called and asked if it’s a walk in, to get the brighting cream or have a appointment first. Then they said it’s a walk in to just purchase it and when I came at the time that the website said it was open; and guess what it was closed! so a random worker told me to wait until 1pm and they will be open. Then when I came and asked if they had any today they said I had to see a doctor first to purchase it. And told me it was not a walk in just for the cream. It was not fair for me to drive all the way Downtown LA just to have my time wasted because the front clerk not be able to comprehend English and gave me wrong answers and was I was not able to get it at all."

"Do you have colored ink? Well, I won't be back because they don't have the machine to remove color. Cost to remove just black ink I would say isn't bad. Christopher Ho was friendly and gets you in and out fast. Most of the front desk people though are not friendly. I wouldn't tell you not to go or to go. I would recommend give it a try you might have a different experience then me."
