"It's a quiet place to stay. Bill and housekeeping were very accommodating to my requests. The entire staff made me feel welcomed. Having a laundry facility on site made my life easier. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family."

"One nice, but not totally helpful manager; another unfriendly. Nice cleaning staff, works hard but under bed & in AC was dust, debris. BUT at the price, thats not too bad. Also old grease, rust, dirt, lime on appliances, bath. Like a lot of these places, walls were thin, can hear people coming/going and a mentally disturbed neighbor yelling, then watching TV till all hours. Kept thinking i was leaving soon so lived with it after call to onsite mgr didnt resolve it. Had some wifi challenges, but would always get going again at some pt later same day. Finally, corporate was a mess, did not honor Texas state tax exclusion for government employee on official business. I was refunded tax for only 1 week of a 3 week stay. Went back to ask in person after I was noticing the coroprate runaround; the mgr 🤷🏻‍♂️ said it is on the company. The one time the 'company' did respond said they only see what the location sends them...so someone at some level messed up. Then nothing after that; company unresponsive after weeks of calls and emails."

"Bugs in room. Have to provide your own toilet paper and kitchen utensils as well as wash your own towels. No one is available to help after hours. Our stay was a mess. Don't recommend unless you need absolutely nothing. Also our door was clearly kicked in previously and incredibly hard to open. Fresh paint can only get you so far. Front desk manager really nice but after hours are super rude and unhelpful."

"Great place! Everything was excellent and we felt at home for the most part. If you're looking for a quiet place to remedy your homelessness or just rest your stressed head, this is definitely a stellar option. John at the front desk is an exceptional man and I'm grateful for his hospitality. Thanks for the use of the toaster!"
