" This place is excellent and they give you unique assistance. The only thing that I have not liked from my experience is that there is very little communication. It would be much better if at least weekly they sent you an email telling you or informing you of the news that directly or indirectly affects your specific case ... or at least they tell you that there is no change. That constant communication, at least for me, makes me feel much more confident and secure in his work ... RESPONSE TO COMMENT: As I said, I am fully satisfied with your services and I also take into account that they must have many clients and when I say 1 week I said an approximate time ... it can be 2 weeks, 3 weeks even one email per month ... But I consider that they must have at least a week and take the time to contact each client and inform them of the news that has affected the case and even if there is no news and there are no changes, take a second with each client and let them know that everything continues same and no changes ... To me as a client that gives me much more security of your work and lets me understand that you are very aware of the status of my case ... It is an opinion not to be taken wrongly nor is it by far a bad criterion. It is a recommendation from me because I am your clients and in my specific case I work hours a day and the moment I am at home the last thing I think about is to call to see if everything is okay because I arrive exhausted at the House. Maybe others have the time to call and ask, but there are others who don't ... and when you come to see, months have passed without news, without an email and without knowing anything ... 1 month uncuso 2 months without news is fine because the immigration procedures unfortunately take a long time but I insist that at least they must have a frequency to communicate with each client and notify them of the status of the case even if it is still stopped ... A simple email is of relief because it gives me the security and tranquility that you are aware of my case ... and I think that many other people like me are going to feel good about it. Este lugar es excelente y te brindan una asistencia única. La único q no me ha gustado desde mi experiencia es que hay muy poca comunicación. Fuese mucho mejor si al menos semanal te enviaran un correo diciéndote o informando de las noticias que afectan directamente o indirectamente tu caso en específico... o por lo menos que te digan q no hay ningún cambio. Esa comunicación constante por lo menos a mi me hace sentir mucho más confiado y más seguro de su trabajo... RESPUESTA AL COMENTARIO: Como dije estoy plenamente satisfecho por sus servicios y también tengo en cuenta que deben de tener muchos clientes y cuando digo 1 semana dije un tiempo aproximado ... puede ser 2 semanas, 3 semanas incluso un email por mes ... Pero considero que deben de tener al menos una semana y tomarse el tiempo para contactar a cada cliente e informarles de las noticias que han afectado el caso e incluso si no hay noticias y no hay cambios tomarse un segundo con cada cliente y avisarle que todo sigue igual y no hay cambios ... A mi como cliente eso me da muchísima más seguridad de su trabajo y me deja entender que ustedes están muy al pendiente del estado de mi caso ... Es una opinión no para q se la tomen mal ni es por mucho menos un mal criterio. Es una recomendación de mi parte porque soy clientes de ustedes y en mi caso en específico trabajo horas diarias y en el momentito q estoy en la casa lo último en lo que pienso es en llamar para saber si todo esta bien porque llego exhausto a la casa. A lo mejor otros tienen el tiempo de llamar y preguntar pero hay otros que no... y cuando vienes a ver han pasado meses sin una noticia, sin un email y sin saber nada ... 1 mes uncuso 2 meses sin noticias esta bien porque los trámites migratorios desgraciadamente toman mucho tiempo pero insisto en que al menos deben tener una frecuencia para comunicarse con cada cliente y avisarles del estado del caso incluso si este sigue parado ... Un simple email es de alivio porque me da la seguridad y tranquilidad que ustedes están al pendiente de mi caso... y creo q como yo otras muchas personas se van a sentir bien con eso."
