"My fiancé and I are getting married next year, so she attended a wedding showcase this past summer and met Caragh from InStitchu NY. Caragh reaches out to me and we set up an appointment. I go to the suite in the city and meet Caragh and she introduces me to Tim, who will be the one to help put my suit together. Tim and I had a discussion on what my vision was for the wedding and color schemes. He suggested a suit which was on point. From there I was able to use their app to fully customize my suit with some professional input here and there. After that Tim took my measurements and explained how the suit should fit on my body. Next, he brought out two books filled with patterns for the inner liner and buttons. I felt like a kid in a candy shop, a great variety to choose from. After we finished up with the details on my wedding suit Tim told me about the deal they were having with the purchase of a second suit. Why did he do that, naturally I got the second suit as well. To say that I am totally satisfied with the end product would be an understatement. Both suits fit like a glove and they look GREAT!!! The customer service was top notch. This was my first time buying a tailored made suit and Tim and Caragh were a joy to work with. Tim’s attention to detail is spot on. I would highly recommend InStitchu NYC to anyone. I definitely plan on paying them another visit after the wedding next year."

"disappointing experience from start to finish. i showed up for my measuring appointment on time but the gentlemen said i was late and proceeded to hurry through the measurements. halfway through i double-checked the email confirmation and confirmed i was on time but he continued to hurry through as if he wanted me out he door as quickly as possible. when the shirt arrived a few weeks later it fit badly, so tight in the arms i had trouble bending my elbow. and one of the sleeve buttons came off after the first wash. i won’t be using their services again."

"Jut received my suit last week, and am extremely impressed. I have gotten bespoke suits before, however the experience was great at the New York showroom, Tim was absolutely FANTASTIC and patient (even called my mobile to verify that I received the suit and if there were any issues), and i have a great looking suit at a very reasonable price point. Nothing like sipping whiskey on a Saturday afternoon browsing through fabric samples and having a great individual fitting experience. Look forward to my next Institchu investment! "Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products, which are made from very high quality fibers that give the suit a wonderful silky feel. He took me through all the steps from measurements to selecting fabric as well as walking me through all the different options for personalizing your suit. I'm planning on ordering a second and third suits in the near future to round out my wardrobe. Definitely recommended!"

We met Institchu as fellow vendors at a bridal show a couple of years ago and they stayed on top of our mind as we planned our big day.
