Really dissapointed. They are really bad communicators which is really important when dealing with animals and people. We have not heard from these people after continuously trying to make contact. Would not recommend. They obviously do not have it together.

I go to Open Trail Ranch not to far from you guys. And I dream about being in dressage shows. It's such a gorgeous looking place and I've never been in there yet! I wish I could come over and meet y'all. Have a wonderful day!

My daughter loves coming here. Her trainer Baylee is the best. She brings a smile to my daughter face every time. I highly recommend this establishment. If i could give it 10 ⭐'s i would.

I would never recommend any parent spend a dime at this facility.  After our experience this past weekend, we needed to share our story with anyone contemplating patronizing an event at their facility. Both the In The Irons management and the IEA staff on site were were extremely rude and threatening towards girls participating in a IEA Region 7 Hunt Seat show this past weekend. Because of the Covid restrictions the IEA and In The Irons imposed, Our family made arrangements to park OUTSIDE of the In The Irons property on an adjacent property to watch the outdoor show from afar. This would allow us to watch the team and yet keep the 6ft distance rule so as to enjoy the event safely. Once they discovered that we were watching our kids from the other side of the fence, *on property where masking was not required*, they repeatedly threatened to disqualify our individual children and then our entire team if we didn't wear masks even though we were not on their property. Highly recommend this facility for shows and boarding. My daughter and I had a fantastic time at their March show. Very smoothly run.

Some parents complied out of fear and intimidation. It was all very unsettling and unnecessary. We, like the other families in attendance, paid for our daughter's participation in the event. We expected an enjoyable day at the horse show. What we received instead was harassment and disrespect. They even had the gall to announce over the loud-speaker that they expected people to abide by their rules, even if those people were not physically located on their property. Just by looking that direction, they insisted, was enough to be under their control.  I know it sounds crazy, but that's what they said. In essence, they clearly threatened to disqualify our children because their parents ft away were sitting in a parking lot without masks so they could watching their children compete in their favorite sport. This is a culture that deserves 1 hard-lost star, from a parent and fellow business owner who felt like a prisoner to their dictatorship. Additionally, I have posted *just a few* of the photos I that took of their staff and volunteers not wearing masks ON the property, which clearly violates the IEA Guidelines. What's even more surreal, is the fact that the In The Irons trainer seemed to have no problems walking over to this very fence and talking to some parents who's child trains at their stable. One of those photos is posted in my review. I spoke with those parents and discovered they were in the same place as we were for the same exact reasons. Curious, they didn't get yelled at nor threatened with disqualification. After the IEA representative SCREAMED at me demanding that I wear a mask *while NOT wearing her own mask*, I came to believe the harassment would continue and that they might attempt to retaliate against our children and our training stable. We left and decided to share our experiences with any potential visitors. ** In response to the Owner's reply to my review: No one in my family nor in the families of competitors in our immediate area was drinking beer. There were some Ropers in a pickup in the same parking lot drinking beer at the Roping Event. Hence, the very same point that you have a hard time understanding - you don't control what happens on other people's private property. These ropers probably don't care what you think about their drinking a beer in a parking lot. I know it's shocking that someone would follow the "semantics" of the policy and not abide by Her Fuhrer's dictates instead. Shocking! Think about what you are saying, maybe even say it out loud and you'll realize how inane it is. While on your property and under the IEA guidelines (which you should read, I can provide a link if you need it) we didn't do anything against their policy. Just because there was an open parking lot next door, from which we could watch the event, does not give you control of our actions or bodies. Yet again, to my point. There are some control issues going on over there that gave me the impetus to give other parents an opinion of our experience at your facility."
