"As much as I tried to be a paying customer of this company, Gloria just would not let me buy from them as she would not call me back to answer my questions and get important info back to me. So technically, I am not a customer of this company but I did call multiple times to find out more info on a bed, shipping details, etc. I was a very serious buyer and did a lot of research on the very expensive refurbished ICU bed I wanted to get my medically fragile daughter. I was very impressed with the videos that this company made of the ProSport (original and prosport 2) bed options. I was hoping to get impressive customer service as well. I had asked Gloria for information regarding comparisons, shipping/delivery price, and specifics about the ProSport2 bed. Each time she said she would call me back with the info. She never, not once, returned a single call. I always had to call for follow up. I flat out told her I wanted to buy a bed as soon as possible and I was looking at another company to buy the bed from as well. I asked for a price match. Even when she said they would still be higher, I was willing to pay more for the bed because I could get it faster as my daughter was having surgery and I wanted it for recovery. Gloria said she would call me right back after she checked some numbers in her email she had received from the shipping company. Again, did not hear back from her. This happened multiple times.. She told me at least 4 separate times from the beginning of my search until the end that she would call me back with further info and never did. Apparently, they don't work on commission."

"I needed to purchase a hospital bed for my MIL. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The bed is hospital quality at an affordable price. Communication was excellent. The delivery went smoothly and the delivery men were super polite. Thank you! They also have a location off Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond, VA."

"SCAMMERS!! Horrible place to buy a hospital bed for my grandparents! I had a 'Service Required' light pop up on my grandparents total care Hill-rom and when I called this place to send a technician since I purchased the bed from them, they told me that my insurance was expired and it would cost more to repair. I paid over $2, for the longest insurance plan and it only was a year worth. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!! When I called the technician to come take a look and see what we need to do, he told me it would cost 1, just to drive out to me. Avoid buying anything from this place because it's not worth the extra charges they give you in the end! I'm an administrator for 5 Adult Residental Facilitys and I will Not be making anymore purchases from them again and will earn people not to in our community."
