"WORST experience of my life if I could give negative stars I WOULD!!!! I’m 7 months pregnant, live 2 hours away from ikea and purchased a dresser SET back in early March (it’s now may) I have been unable to even use the 6 drawer piece, I bought INSTORE originally however the top was completely damaged with forklift indents on it and SINCE then they have sent me THREE damaged tops, it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with the actual store and when I call the costumer service they tell me “those items don’t ship well” WHAT then why do you even have shipping as an option…it’s truly unbelievable ALSO let me be clear that the item I need IS COMPLETELY out of stock in store so that too is not an option. NEVER AGAIN"
"Been to this Ikea several times and it's always a fun and productive time. Ikea is a great way to shop for a new apt, home, or furniture. Most of the staff is nice and even if you don't find what you need in store you can usually have help ordering it online or finding something else that is useful. We got a futon here and it's really helpful that they allow you to test out the couches and furniture before you buy them"
"They had every single return/exchange register closed with no prior notice. They only had a sign in store, but by then I had already wasted the trip out. I had a long drive and paid tolls just to find out they wouldn't do my return....I attempted to contact customer service but no one got back to me. Until they do I will keep my review at a 1 star."
